Add Powdery Mildew
In California and Arizona, periods of higher humidity can create conditions that encourage powdery mildew and other fungal diseases in natural grass. Improve air circulation, avoid overwatering and nighttime irrigation, and reduce prolonged moisture on the grass. Proper mowing, irrigation and fertilization help limit disease, while fungicides may be used when necessary to control active outbreaks.
